The stock presenter should have the following information to deliver at the meeting and it should be as follows:

Company Name

Trading Symbol

Exchange the stock trades on

The-market Cap. # of shares issued. Current Price: 52 week High and Low

Description of the Business and some interesting points:

What Industry are they a part of and who are their competitors?

Do they pay a dividend? What is the payout and Yield?

Who are the  key shareholders? Individuals or Institutional?

What is:

The catalyst that will increase THE SHARE PRICE

Why should Riverside own this stock

Analysts’ Recommendations

Number of shares Riverside should purchase in the form of a motion

Target Price? Stop Loss

Highlighting these points should create better discussion and presentations for all members.
